When should your children wash their hands?

Germs are everywherein the air, in our food and on your child's favourite toy. When your child comes into contact with germs, they can become infected simply by touching their eyes, nose or mouth. 

While it is impossible to avoid germs, you can stay healthy by knowing when to wash your hands. Handwashing is one of the more effective ways to stop the spread of common infections such as colds.
