Dr Lin Wanyun is a Consultant with the Division of General Ambulatory Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Department of Paediatrics at Khoo Teck Puat – National University Children's Medical Institute, NUH.
She graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2015 and obtained her Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) and Masters of Medicine (MMED) in 2018. She completed her paediatric residency in 2021 and received her Specialist Accreditation for Paediatric Medicine in 2022.
During her training, Dr Lin served as Chief Resident of the Department of Paediatrics from 2019 to2020 and also had the privilege of being a part of the Singapore Chief Residency Programme (SCRP) conducted by the Healthcare Leadership College in 2021.
Her clinical interests include improving child health in the community. She is the Deputy Director of the Division of Maternal and Child Preventative Health for the National University Centre of Women and Children (NUWoC) overseeing programs aimed at developing and delivering maternal and child preventative health efforts within the Western Cluster. She is also an Investigator at the Centre for Holistic Initiatives for Learning and Development (CHILD) at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.
Dr Lin is also a co-lead in the Department of Paediatrics' welfare committee and feels strongly about improving the well-being of paediatric residents and staff. She is passionate about medical education and is actively involved in teaching and mentoring younger generations of medical professionals.
