After your visit or upon discharge, hospital bills can be settled at any of our Cashier Counters or Self-Service Kiosks within our Patient Care Institutions.

Online (Internet and Mobile App)
 PayNowPayment can be made by scanning the PayNow QR code on your bill using your mobile banking app.
HealthHubPayment can be made through Healthhub online.
After payment, you can download the invoice from the 'History' tab.

AXS E-Station & Mobile Payment AppPayment can be made via NETS and credit cards through AXS e-station online or through AXS m-station on your mobile (download via Google Play or App Store).

​Auto-Pay Payment Arrangement
(for NUH and JurongHealth Campus) 
Sign up with Auto-pay via NUHS App/HealthHub and enjoy the convenience of paying your bills securely without the hassle of waiting in queue after your visit. The charges are automatically credited to your pre-authorised credit card (Visa/Mastercard) after your visit.

Payments may be made with credit / debit cards, NETS and cash.

7-Eleven Stores
Payment can be made with NETS or Cash. Please refer to 7-eleven website for more details.
Singapore Post Office Branches
Payment can be made with credit cards, NETS or cash. Please refer to SingPost website for more details.
Deposit

Upon admission, a deposit based on the entire estimated bill size is required. 

Deposit can be made by cash, credit card, NETS, PayNow, DBS/POSB DigiBank online/mobile or DBS PayLah!. Additional deposits may be required if your stay is extended due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Partial or complete waiver of the deposit is accepted if a Letter of Guarantee from the employer or insurance company, Hospitalisation Identity Card (HIC), MediSave, Civil Service Concession (CSC) card or any other benefit card is presented upon admission.

Refund

Any credit balance following payment of the outstanding hospital bill will be used to offset other outstanding bills that you may have in the same payment account. 

If there are no other outstanding bills, a refund will be issued through PayNow that is linked to your NRIC/FIN or by cheque, approximately one month after the bill is finalised. 

For foreigners with no PayNow account, telegraphic transfer may be processed.

Late Payment Fee

​A late payment admin fee may be imposed if payment is not received within 21 days from the bill date. 


You can request for a waiver of the late payment admin fee here after you have paid the outstanding bill in full (excluding late fees). Select “Waiver of late payment admin fee” as the Category of Enquiry and fill in the required information on the form.
