Dr Loi Hoi Yin is a Senior Consultant in NCIS and in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging, NUH. He obtained his basic medical degree from the University Science of Malaysia (MD). Following which he obtained post graduate qualifications from the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom [MRCP(UK)], the Royal College of Radiologists [FRCR(UK)] and did his Master Program in Radiology in National University of Malaysia [MMED(RAD) UKM].
He has an interest in molecular imaging and completed his advanced specialist training (AST) in Nuclear Medicine, Singapore in 2010. He currently serves as an Associate Program Director in the Nuclear Medicine Senior Residency Program and was awarded the Human Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) fellowship, Ministry of Health Singapore in 2012 to pursue oncologic imaging in PET-CT in the Royal Marsden Hospital, UK. His specialty interests include lung and haematologic malignancies imaging.
