Dr Tan Mei Na graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore (NUS). After obtaining the Master of Dental Surgery (Prosthodontics) from NUS, she went on to pursue a Fellowship in Geriatric and Special Needs Dentistry at the University of Iowa, USA, under the Geriatric and Special Needs Dentistry scholarship by the Ministry of Health. She specialises in Prosthodontics and has a special interest in the oral healthcare of geriatric patients. She is a Consultant at the National University Centre of Oral Health (NUCOHS) and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, NUS. She is also currently serving as the President of the Special Care Dentistry Association of Singapore.
