Dr Ambika Paramasivan obtained her MBChB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow, UK. Subsequently she commenced residency in the NUHS Anaesthesia Residency Program and served as chief resident from 2016-2017 before receiving specialist accreditation in 2018. She also obtained her Master of Medicine (Anaesthesiology) and FANZCA certifications during her time in residency.
Dr Ambika Paramasivan is a Consultant in the Department of Anaesthesia, National University Hospital. She is also the program evaluation committee chairperson and core faculty in the NUHS Anaesthesia Residency Program. Her special interests includes neuroanaesthesia and postgraduate medical education.
