Biosketch

Dr Wang Feifan is a Consultant with the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at National University Health System. She practises at Alexandra Hospital, National University Hospital and Jurong Medical Centre. She is trained in all aspects of General Ear, Nose and Throat conditions, with a special interest in Healthy Ageing and Paediatric Otolaryngology.

After graduating from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2013, Dr Wang went on to obtain post graduate qualifications of Member of Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland) in 2015 and Masters of Medicine in Otolaryngology (Singapore) in 2016. She completed her her postgraduate ENT training in an ACGME-I accredited residency training program and was accredited as a specialist in Otorhinolaryngology 2021.

Besides caring for patients, Dr Wang participates actively in quality improvement initiatives, education and research. She enjoys teaching both undergraduate and post-graduate students. She also actively attends and presents her research work at both local and international conferences.

  • 2017 - Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (HFMEA) Outstanding Award at NUH Quality and Safety Seminar Nov 2017 for Paediatric Tracheostomy Care Project - a collaboration between NUH Paediatric and ENT teams.
  • 2013 Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine Certificate of Appreciation as Public Health Screening Chairperson 2010
