Dr Jeevesh Kapur is a consultant with the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at the National University Hospital. He was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal College of Radiologists, UK in 2004. He also obtained the Masters of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) from the National University of Singapore in the same year. His specialist accreditation was obtained in 2006 and he was subsequently admitted to the College of Radiologists, Academy of Medicine of Singapore.
Dr Kapur received the Healthcare Manpower Development Programme (HMDP) fellowship in 2008 to sub-specialise in Paediatric imaging at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada.
He has a special interest in Paediatric Tumour Imaging and Paediatric and general Ultrasound including contrast enhanced ultrasound. He is also actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education and sits on several committees in the Radiology fraternity. Dr Kapur was also the Undergraduate Director for Radiology in YYLSM from 2011 till May 2013. He is involved in clinical and patient safety matters in the department and oversees the Ultrasound section.
