Dr Lim Wei Sian is a Consultant in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. He is trained in the management of all general ear, nose and throat conditions. His area of interest centers around the field of head and neck surgical oncology. This includes diagnosis and management of nasopharyngeal, oral cavity, oropharyngeal, salivary gland, and thyroid cancers, as well as the workup of neck lumps, oral cavity lumps, and ulcers.
Dr Lim graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2011. Subsequently, he attained the postgraduate qualifications of Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow) in 2014, as well as the Masters of Medicine in Otolaryngology in 2017. He completed his residency training in Singapore, during which he was the top scorer for the Otolaryngology In-Training Examinations in 2018 and 2019.
Dr Lim participates actively in both education and research. He is involved in the teaching of undergraduate medical students as well as post-graduate ENT residents. He has presented his research work in both local and international conferences.
