Biosketch

Adj A/Pro Michael Lim graduated from Imperial College School of Medicine, London, in 2000. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and the College of Chest Physicians (USA). In 2008, Adj A/Prof Lim obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Paediatrics from University College London (UCL) following the submission of his dissertation on cystic fibrosis screening in the South-East of England.

Adj A/Prof Lim is dually-accredited in Paediatrics and Paediatric Respiratory Medicine in the UK having completed his clinical training in both fields in 2011. He gained specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine in Singapore in 2012. Adj A/Prof Lim spent most of his clinical training in London where he worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital, Royal Brompton Hospital, Royal London Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. He also spent two years at University Hospitals of Leicester.

Adj A/Prof Lim has published in the fields of paediatric pulmonology and critical care medicine internationally. His main clinical interests are in childhood respiratory illnesses and sleep medicine.
