Dr. Kimberly Sim graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2017. She then joined the National Healthcare Group (NHG) National Psychiatry Residency Programme in 2018, where she rotated through various departments including National University Hospital (NUH), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), and Institute of Mental Health (IMH). She was conferred a Membership in the Royal College of Psychiatrists from the United Kingdom in 2012. She completed her training successfully and obtained her specialist accreditation for Psychiatry in 2024. She believes that a holistic and multidisciplinary approach is essential to patient care. She has interests in Community Psychiatry among other clinical interests. Apart from clinical work, Dr Sim also regularly provides teaching and supervision to medical students, specialist trainees as well as general practitioners and polyclinic doctors.
