Dr Lee Zi Yao obtained his MBBS degree from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2015, Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (UK) in 2019, and Master of Public Health (S'pore) in 2020. He was awarded the Lee Hin Peng Medal in his graduating class of the Master of Public Health programme. He completed his specialty training in Emergency Medicine in 2022 and is currently an Associate Consultant in the National University Hospital's Emergency Medicine Department.
His areas of interests include medical education and pre-hospital emergency medical services.
Dr Lee is actively involved in undergraduate education in the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and post-graduate teaching and mentoring of residents in the NUHS Emergency Medicine Residency Programme.
