2024/05/30
What is Minor Neurocognitive Disorder?

Minor Neurocognitive Disorder is a transitional state between normal ageing and dementia. During this period there may be some subtle difficulties with memory, language, thinking or judgment, however day-to-day function is not affected.

Symptoms

  • Difficulty following conversations or simple instructions
  • Feeling increasingly overwhelmed by decision-making
  • Forgetting important or scheduled events, or appointments
  • Forgetting things more often
It is important to consult a doctor if you or your family members identify the above symptoms so that a precise diagnosis can be made.
