The NUH Nursing Department and the Nursing Research Council recognise the importance of financial support in enabling nursing research. As such, a competitive grant amount of $5,000 or more has been established based on justifications for nursing research activities.

Successful NiCER Award recipients have the opportunity to enrol in the Nursing Research Fellowship (NRF) programme. This programme utilises a formal mentoring framework, supported by a comprehensive array of research-related courses and resources, guiding awardees through conducting clinical research at NUH.
