Established in September 1979, the Department of Psychological Medicine, is dedicated to providing high-quality outpatient and inpatient psychiatric clinical care. We actively collaborate with and train our community partners in primary mental health, offering a full suite of services for the young, adult and elderly populations. Our academic research faculty and clinicians are committed to advancing the vision of the hospital, as well as that of the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, to which we are a part of. We provide psychiatric teaching and training for both undergraduate and post-graduate students, with an emphasis on clinical, research and educational excellence.
