Home Delivery During COVID-19

'Home Delivery' conveniently brings medications to patients' doorsteps, eliminating the need for hospital visits. Currently, home delivery charges are waived* in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

If your outpatient clinic appointment has been postponed, our pharmacy will arrange to deliver your top-up medications.

Terms and Conditions/Eligibility

Terms and Conditions: 
For urgent deliveries (within three working days), additional charges may apply. 
For bulky orders (package with weight exceeding 1 kg), please note that the following surcharge is applicable: 

  • S$6.40 per delivery (for 2 - 4 cartons) 

  • S$12.80 per delivery (for 5 - 10 cartons) 

  • S$21.40 per delivery (for 11 - 30 cartons) 

Delivery is only available within Singapore and there will be no delivery service on Saturday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday. 

Two delivery time slots available: 

  • Morning: 9 am – 1 pm 

  • Afternoon: 2 pm – 6 pm 

Please note that there is a lead time of 5 working days for processing of orders. Due to the high volume of deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be unexpected delays. 
 
Eligibility 

  • This service is only applicable for prescriptions from NUH. 

  • Patients receiving newly prescribed medications will not be eligible for this service. 

  • Patients should have at least a five-day supply of the required medications at home. 

Stock Availability 

In If there is a shortage of medications due to high demand, we will supply the amount of medications from our pharmacy stock, and patients will be informed accordingly. 
 
This service will NOT be available for the following medications: 

  • Controlled drugs 

  • Pharmacy only medications 

All NUH prescriptions have a validity period of ONE year. Expired prescriptions will NOT be processed. 
 
If you do not have an original NUH prescription for processing, please consult your doctor(s) at the respective clinic(s). 

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Can I order my medications using a new prescription from polyclinics or other hospitals via your website? 
    No, ordering via our website is strictly for prescriptions issued by NUH. 

  1. Can I order medications from the pharmacy when I run out of my medications? 
    We need a valid prescription for all supply of medications. Please contact your clinic if you do not have a prescription. 

  1. When is the earliest I can receive my medications if I opt for home delivery service? 
    For normal home delivery, you medications can be expected within five working days after placing your order. For urgent delivery (within three working days), the timing is subject to arrangements by an external courier, incurring a cost of $21.40. 

  1. Can I request for my medications to be delivered at a specific timing (e.g., 3pm)? 
    No. However, you may opt for your medications to be delivered in the scheduled delivery windows in the morning (9 am to 1 pm) or in the afternoon (2 pm to 6 pm). 

  1. If I have an enquiry regarding home delivery service, who do I contact?
