Dermatology Nursing
We oversee the care of dermatology inpatients and referrals, conducting daily outpatient clinics and offering specialised investigations and treatment for a wide spectrum of dermatological concerns.
Our nursing team operates weekly wart clinics, using a combination treatment of paring and cryotherapy to address viral warts. Additionally, we provide specialised nursing services such as managing complex wound care using a two-layer compression bandaging system for patients with venous insufficiency, offering education and practical demonstrations for wet wrap dressings, administering treatments for alopecia areata, and performing biologics injections. Our nurses also deliver post-operation wound care counselling and perform suture removal procedures.
