Established in 2010, CREST (Centre for Reproductive Education & Specialist Training) offers educational trainings focussed on Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART).

Located within the National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore, CREST was founded by Professor P. C. The centre was made possible through a donation from Merck Serono and Learning Initiatives for Fertility Experts (LIFE).

CREST is committed to provide relevant and up-to-date training for healthcare professionals. To date, the centre has conducted 52 courses and trained 565 individuals, including clinicians and embryologists.

Our Objectives

CREST welcomes aspiring ART specialists in the Asia-Pacific region to Singapore for training.

    We aim to:

    • Enhance the ART skills of clinicians, embryologists, nurses, and administrators in the region.
    • Enable practitioners to immediately apply newly acquired skills through a unique "real life, real learning" approach that combines theory and hands-on learning opportunities.
    • Impart effective ART procedures through our four laboratories.
    • Maximise learning and growth opportunities through a low student-teacher ratio.
    Our Centre Director's Message

Patients who seek assisted reproductive treatments, which involve a considerable financial outlay, often go through an emotional journey plagued by self-doubt.

At CREST, we help specialists and practitioners gain not just the skills but also the sensitivity to help their patients. We are committed to help you grow your role to one that is beyond a mere facilitator of birth. You will be empowered with hard and soft skills that will help you in offering holistic consultation services for your patients.

CREST equips you with good all-rounded skills so you can deliver uncompromised service.
