Our Care Team

Providing comprehensive patient care, our nurses’ key responsibilities include conducting patient assessment and triage, assisting the doctors for procedures, and administering medications.  

As the first line of defence in eye care, our optometrists support the doctors by providing services such as refraction tests and spectacles prescription, cataract and refractive surgery assessments, low vision rehabilitation and contact lens fitting. They also work closely with the doctors to provide care for patients with stable eye conditions. 

Orthoptists specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with eye conditions such as abnormal eye movement and eye coordination, lazy eyes, squinting, and binocular vision disorder. Working with both adult and paediatric patients with eye problems, our orthoptists would introduce eye exercises and therapies to improve their vision and alleviate their symptoms. 

Our team of technicians operate a variety of diagnostic equipment to perform clinical investigations. The test results help our ophthalmologists assess patients' conditions and determine the best course of treatment. 

The team works closely with the clinical staff to provide the best possible patient care and service. To maintain high efficiency and quality, we constantly endeavour to optimise the department's operations by managing and overseeing the department’s budgets, workflow planning and keeping track of the clinic's facilities and equipment maintenance. 

Our ancillary team provide frontline support such as ensuring the clinic's cleanliness and readiness to receive patients, providing them with financial counselling service, assisting physicians during consultations, and assisting with patients’ appointments and enquiries.
