Motion and Gait Analysis Laboratory

The Motion Analysis service, started in 1983, is facilitated by the Motion and Gait Analysis Laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with:

  • Optical Motion Capture System
  • Force Plates
  • Wireless EMG Sensors

The Motion and Gait Analysis Laboratory also provides clinical gait analysis on patients with referrals. This includes pre and post-operative evaluation for individuals with:

  • Neuromuscular disorders affecting walking
  • Lower and upper limb joint abnormalities or pathology
  • Sport-related injuries
