The NUH Children’s Urgent Care Clinic @ Bukit Panjang will be closed on 25 November 2024 (Monday) for a staff event

Operations will resume on 26 November 2024 (Tuesday).

If your child’s condition is urgent or life-threatening, please proceed to the nearest Children’s Emergency or call 995 for an ambulance. 

For non-urgent conditions such as cough, runny nose and fever in children above three months old, you may visit a PaedsENGAGE GP to manage your child’s conditions.

NUH Children's Urgent Care Clinic @ Bukit Panjang

The NUH Children's Urgent Care Clinic at Bukit Panjang is a walk-in clinic in the community catering to children and adolescents up to 18 years old. The clinic specialises in providing acute care for minor injuries and conditions that are urgent but not life-threatening. The clinic operates as part of the Khoo Teck Puat – National University Children's Medical Institute at NUH.

Conveniently located within Junction 10 mall at Bukit Panjang, the clinic is open daily including public holidays, from 9am to 11pm. Registration closes at 9pm daily.

Please note that registration may close earlier than stated if the clinic is experiencing a high volume of patients. Your child needs to be physically present at the time of registration to enable us to assess his/her condition.

Patients will be seen according to the severity of their presentation and those who require timely intervention will be seen earlier.

We offer a range of services including basic blood tests and x-ray services. X-ray services are available daily from 1.30pm to 9pm (weekdays) / 12.30pm to 9pm (weekends).

Please note that your child must be present at the time of registration so that we can assess their condition.

Patients will be prioritised according to the urgency of their symptoms, with those in need of immediate care receiving prompt attention.

  • Cast or splint for minor fractures
  • Nebulisation
  • Simple blood tests
  • Stitching of open wounds under local anaesthesia
  • Wound dressings
  • X-ray services (available from 1.30pm to 9pm (weekdays) / 12.30pm to 9pm (weekends))
Services We Do Not Provide
  • Vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme
  • Well-baby check ups
  • Diagnostics tests such as ultrasounds or CT scans
  • Conscious sedation for procedures
  • Subspecialty reviews on site
  • Follow-up reviews

The standard fee covers consultation, X-ray services, basic tests and standard medication. Additional charges may apply based on the specific services required for your child.

Payments can be made using credit card, NETS or PayNow only. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

How To Get There

NUH Children's Urgent Care Clinic is located in Junction 10 mall. Parking is available within the mall. The nearest LRT/MRT station is Bukit Panjang station.

PaedsENGAGE GP

For non-urgent symptoms such as cough, runny nose and fever in children older than 3 months, consult with a PaedsENGAGE GP who can provide initial assessment and management.

Children’s Emergency (CE)

Visit CE for critical or life-threatening conditions.

This will allow our team at UCC to focus on patients with minor injuries and conditions that are urgent but not life-threatening.
