Clinical Operations

We maintain a steadfast commitment towards enhancing and developing cluster-wide protocols, to ensure the delivery of world-class healthcare services. We conduct regular multi-disciplinary meetings and clinics, where our diverse team of experts collaborate closely to exchange knowledge, share insights, and optimise patient care strategies.

This proactive approach enables us to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and provide our patients with the best possible treatment outcomes.
Audit and Benchmarking

Our dedicated team ensures that all aspects of our operations align with the Ministry of Health (MOH) standard of trauma care delivery by conducting regular audits and benchmarking analysis.

Through this process, we identify areas for improvement, implement effective strategies, and uphold the highest levels of quality and compliance across our healthcare facilities. We ensure that wait time for operation is reduced while maintaining a high standard of care towards patients and providing them with the right support to transition back to the community.

Injury Prevention

Our injury prevention initiatives target paediatric, geriatric, and workplace trauma, addressing key areas where preventive measures can make a significant impact.

We engage various communities to raise awareness and promote safety practices. By proactively educating individuals across various demographics, we aim to reduce the incidence of preventable injuries, enhance well-being, and foster a culture of safety and resilience in our communities.

Survivorship

The nation's inaugural trauma survivor group was formed, bringing together individuals to create a supportive survivor community. Through a series of engaging seminars and group activities conducted, we aim to cultivate a strong and nurturing group of survivors, fostering a sense of camaraderie and empowerment among all.

Research

By integrating research efforts supported by various departments and establishing centre-level themes, we look forward to enhancing the coordination for grants and research output towards trauma care.
